LFPRESS: Novotny to be inducted into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame

Today's London Free Press has a feature story on Tony Novotny (by Jim Cressman) and the news that he's going to be inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame. I don't believe the Hall has released its new picks yet (I'm on the Selection Committee), but it appears news of Novotny's situation has gotten out of the bag.

Congratulations to Tony for this long overdue honour. It's likely that the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series wouldn't exist today were it not for Novotny's unwillingness to let his legacy (CASCAR) die when it was down and out.
