Charlotte, North Carolina -- Kevin York will rejoin the Grand
American Road Racing’s KONI Challenge Series full time in 2008.

In doing so, Kevin will again partner with 2007 championship-leading
team, Compass360/Racing. The team ultimately finished second in the
2007 ST-class Drivers’ Championship and, for the second year in a
row, helped to bring Acura its second consecutive Manufacturer’s
Championship.
Joining Kevin in his association with Compass360/Racing will be a new
and exciting marketing partner, unique to motorsport.
“I am extraordinarily pleased to be associated with Karl Thomson and
his successful KONI Challenge team, Compass360/Racing, for the entire
2008 season,” enthused Kevin. “Grand Am has grown and matured as a
motorsport property, and so too has Karl’s team. The momentum that

The Compass360/Racing team will be ready for Grand Am's Daytona pre- season test in early January. The 2008 KONI Challenge Series' first race will then be held a few short weeks thereafter. The team will be
displaying a bold new livery design that's completely in sync with
the street tuner scene and the team’s actively involved sponsors.
